’07 was a great year of riding for all of the Cinghiale clan, guides and clients alike. ’08 will repeat our Dolomite climbing pig out, revisit the Cooking trip, extend to new territory in the Barolo area, and have two all-fun, all-the-time private trips in our favorite corners of Tuscany. The dollar is tanking but we are partying like it’s 1999!!
Olive that is, extra virgin Tuscan tea, from the depth’s of Monte Amiata’s flanks. $160 for a 5-liter tin, give Jeb a shout at info@extravirginoilco.com for your share. Granny says for 15 bucks it ships well too.

The Dolomite trip was a (very!) high point of our season, and we can’t
wait to get back next year.
To be considered for this trip, please BE SUPERFIT and dead honest with yourself
(and us) about your fitness and your ability to train for this ride. We love
you and we want you to have fun as you know, but this is a seriously tough trip,
folks and you must be prepared. Scared yet? Good! It's going to be epic.

Private party doesn’t mean your least favorite aunt will be there. Friends
of the Koberts will be in hog heaven in Chianti, while the Osterman group will
soak up the Mediterrenean beauty of Elba and the small town Tuscan pleasures
of Castagneto.
You can have a private party too! Contact us about 2009. All you need is 8-10
days to spare and 26 or more adventurous friends.

Need the perfect custom bike for your trip? This is still our favorite.
